Service

Tuition is delivered live online. The subject, lesson length, frequency, platform and fees are agreed before lessons begin.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed only when the required payment or other agreed confirmation has been received. Payment arrangements will be provided directly to the parent or guardian.

Cancellations

The applicable notice period and treatment of missed or cancelled lessons will be confirmed before tuition starts. A learner who cannot attend should provide notice as early as possible.

Technology

The parent or guardian is responsible for providing suitable equipment, internet access and a quiet working environment. Where a serious technical problem prevents a lesson, the parties may agree to rearrange the remaining time.

A responsible adult must provide accurate information, remain contactable and ensure the learner uses the online service appropriately.

Educational outcomes

Tuition is intended to support progress, but no particular examination score, school place, grade or outcome can be guaranteed.
